Disclosures & the fine print
Usage rates. SMS $0.025/segment (flat across all tiers). Phone telecom: $0.25/minute on Essentials and Growth (AI processing included in the per-minute rate); $0.05/minute on Total Capture and PRO (AI processing is unmetered and billed separately under our AI subscription, so only the underlying telecom minute is charged).
“Unlimited” AI features. Unlimited means no per-message, per-minute, or per-post fees within typical small-business usage. Excessive, automated, or programmatic use may be throttled or moved to a metered plan.
Service commitment. Plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the first 3 months, plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Setup fees and any prepaid monthly fees are non-refundable.
Outcomes. We don’t guarantee specific lead volume, call volume, conversion rates, ROI, or search rankings. Marketing results depend on your market, offer, and engagement. Past customer results are not indicative of future results for any other business.
Call recording. AI-handled calls are recorded and transcribed. An automated disclosure plays at the start of every call.
SMS & texting. When automated text messages are sent on your behalf (missed-call text-back, review requests, follow-up sequences), you remain the legal sender of record under the TCPA and applicable state law. We help configure consent capture; you are responsible for compliance with applicable consent laws.
AI output. AI-generated responses (chat, voice, review responses, social posts) are configured with your brand voice and reviewed for quality, but AI may produce occasional errors. On managed plans, you can review and edit content before publishing.
Third-party services. Some features depend on third-party platforms (including advertising platforms, telecommunications carriers, payment processors, and other infrastructure providers) over which we have no control. Outages, policy changes, or account actions by those providers may affect availability.
